| Offices and Locations |
Head Office – Baghdad, Iraq
The head office of ICCB is located in the centre of Baghdad. It is the working location for ICCB’s President and Vice Presidents.
The office houses the Construction, Water, Power and Gas, and Rail and Transport divisions and is therefore where all main decisions regarding ICCB’s involvement in the reconstruction effort of Iraq are made.
The office also houses the Human Resources and Accounting Departments and other support divisions where their presence is essential to the overall performance of the company.
Northern Iraq Regional Office – Erbil, Kurdistan
This is the latest office to be established in the continuing expansion of ICCB. The Erbil office was specifically chosen for its strategic locations, its safety aspects and its regional importance. The office will house the same divisions of the head office in anticipation for the reconstruction effort of the northern region.
The office will be established close to the head offices of the governorate offices and the PMO locations or its future equivalent.
Middle East Office – Amman, Jordan
Headed by Mr. Tariq Albitar, this is ICCB’s main office outside Iraq. The office is paramount to the expansion and continuation of ICCB’s progress. It offers major technical and non-technical support to ICCB Iraq operations.
ICCB Holdings’ accounts and systems control will all be administered from the Amman office. Furthermore, all ancillary, logistical and IT support is undertaken form the Amman office by virtue of Virtual Private Network (VPN) where all the offices are interlinked with a fast and dedicated computer system.
The Amman office is also expanding its technical divisions in order to afford assistance in design and interlinking with international companies as will be required.
Support Offices – Europe and Overseas Offices
The Europe, America and Far East offices offer essential support to the main offices of Iraq and Jordan. These offices play a vital role in contacting and processing tender inquiries emerging from Iraq.
Their support facilities extend to making and maintaining contacts with international suppliers and producers, and to keep abreast of the major developments in the construction industry worldwide to ensure ICCB’s competitiveness and ability to maintain its innovative progress.
